Blutech Ranked First in Two Projects Under Taiwan’s Public Procurement for Start-ups Program

On June 26, Blutech  announced that its Smart Power Monitoring and Energy Management System was ranked first in two categories under Taiwan’s 2025 Public Procurement for Start-ups program, organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (Project No. A31143710). The company’s solutions were selected as the top choice for both the Chiller Plant Energy System and Power Monitoring and Diagnostic Services projects.

This recognition highlights the government’s trust in Blutech’s technology and service quality, as well as the industry’s confidence in the company’s ability to deliver reliable, long-term solutions.

Since its founding, Blutech has helped more than 82 companies and government agencies adopt smart energy management systems — over half of them are publicly listed companies. All projects have passed official inspections, with a 100% acceptance rate. Some systems have been running smoothly for over 8 years, with more than 2,000 monitoring points, showing strong long-term performance and reliability.

Many existing clients continue to expand their systems, which shows continued trust in Blutech’s solutions and services.

To ensure high quality, Blutech follows a complete process — from selecting components and building systems to installation, testing, and maintenance.

Being selected as the top-ranked supplier in both categories confirms that Blutech is a leading choice for smart energy solutions in both the public and private sectors. Moving forward, the company will continue to support Taiwan’s goals for energy saving and carbon reduction, providing reliable and professional solutions through the Public Procurement for Start-ups program.
